The production process of rubber products

Rubber products generally need to be customized according to the customer's needs for mold making. Mold making is usually based on the 2D or 3D size drawings provided by the customer for preparation work before mold making. If the customer cannot provide drawings, physical samples can be provided, and we will design drawings for you based on the samples and confirm with you. If there are no drawings or samples available, the customer can provide you with the assembly parts for this product. We will communicate and provide free drawings for you to confirm. After confirming that there are no errors, we will open the mold.
The mold processing of rubber products is completed by the mold engineering based on the designed programming data input into the CNC machine tool. The simpler ones can be manually operated by the machine tool to complete the processing, while some more difficult silicone rubber products require the use of spark machine copper discharge to produce the mold. Therefore, the production technology is relatively high and the time is relatively long. Generally, the lead time for large molds is calculated as 7-12 days.
Rubber products can be colored according to customer requirements. We can mix rubber according to the international Pantone color card color code specified by the customer or according to the color palette provided by the customer. Our factory has more than ten years of experience and technical color engineers, who are highly sensitive to color and produce accurate and small color differences.
Our company's various rubber products are made of high-quality materials that are environmentally friendly and non-toxic. The hardness can be adjusted according to the customer's different usage environment and performance, with silicone ranging from 20-80 degrees and rubber ranging from 30-90 degrees.
The mold and rubber material have been made. Place the mold in the vulcanizing machine and heat it up. Adjust, wash, and test the mold. Then set the molding time of the products in batches based on their actual weight and size. After the rubber products are formed, the quality inspectors need to conduct a full inspection of the product's size, hardness, and performance according to the customer's sample and order requirements as soon as possible. After confirming that there are no errors, formal mass production can be carried out.
